A Smorty warning
I found this post written on Cool Adzine interesting. It is about the PTB program Smorty. I am not using them anymore for reasons other than what is stated in the article but I do want people to know that when your start doing anything online for money you need to read the TOS and check it every few months.
Now I don’t agree with the TOS on there and when I did read it I was not happy, but I had intended to keep my blogs where they were. I have since stopped using them and moved my blogs. I still don’t have anything stating I owe them anything, oh well I don’t care. I didn’t make much with them anyway. Just a warning to anyone looking at them. Read the TOS.

I’m glad that on my first blog I only did $24 worth of posts for them. I’m not planning on closing or moving that one either, but it is kind of scary that they would charge us for moving our blogs as apparently they have the right to based on the TOS. I definitely won’t consider using them anymore in the future.
Zero and Up’s last blog post..Is buying hosting and a domain worth it?

I have recently stopped my Smorty campaigns because of the same reason as CoolAdzine, as well as the fact that it is backed up by some shady casino site apparently (someone did a research and put it up on his blog but I’ve forgotten the URL).
