Makin The Money

I was looking at where my visitors were coming from the other day and I saw a site I had not seen before called Site Hoppin. So I checked it out and signed up. It’s a manual surf system kind of like stumble upon where you can rate different sites.

Now the person who started this site is a very smart person. They looked at the popularity of Entricard and added that into there system. Now you can drop cards on blogs that are related to yours without having to stay on entricard and do it manually. I personally found that annoying as I have 4 blogs with entricard.

The only problem with this that I have found so far is I can’t do it on my interior design blog as they don’t have the house and home section on there list. (at least they didn’t yesterday) Today I can’t get the list to drop down so I’m not sure about today. This is probably my computer and not them though.

I only have 60 more cents before I reach my first payout from
Bidvertiser. Yes i know it’s only $10 but that is gas money or food money so I’m very excited about it. It’s also nice because once I get that I can say they have paid me and they are a good service. I love doing that. I love sharing what I know works and what I have found does not. Of course I will be posting that I was paid by them when it happens.

Making money online is a lot of work and I have not been doing to much the last few days. I’ve been kinda out of it. I still have a good income coming to me but my traffic on a few of my blogs has gone down and I’m not posting as much as I use to.

So for anyone who is thinking that this is going to be easy, it’s not. It is a lot of work, but most of the problem with it is time and energy. You also have to be creative to make money blogging as you have to keep your readers interest. I hope that i have done that well on this blog and of course I’m always open to any questions you may have.

So far this week I have made just over $150 with just paid blogging so I’m not doing too bad. I’ve hit my money goals now I just have to hit those traffic ones.

Once I got everything figured out and was actually selling ad’s for my site I am very happy with the results. I’ve made just over 50 cents. My goals right now are not too high as this is a new blog that is just starting to gain speed.

This blog is doing much better with ads then my design blog. I’m sure it’s because of the topic of this blog. I decided to try this first on two of my specialized ones. I may be adding it to my general blog Anything and Everything soon.

I didn’t do as well this month as I have in the past. I wasn’t worrying about the money thing too much since I had some student loans coming.

I finally was accepted to project wonderful and I was really excited when I got 4 advertisers. Then I realized that they were free. Yes I forgot to set a price to my ads were free. I ended up taking down the ads since I would forget to change it if I didn’t do it today.

So now I have nothing and I get to wait. So much fun. I’m still excited about it though! It’s only 10 cents to advertise on this blog!
